Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Meg Hanington is responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategic marketing plan for Van Leeuwen & Company.
She works collaboratively with management and sales to continually strengthen the client experience and improve client communications, ensuring a consistent and meaningful quality of service. Meg recently coordinated the rollout of an internal client relationship management system that will streamline business processes, increase productivity, and provide a deeper level of client service.
Meg brings more than 20 years’ experience in marketing, technology, project management, and sales to Van Leeuwen & Company. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Meg worked for Merrill Lynch, holding positions as a programmer analyst, marketing associate, and business analyst specializing in client development. Her career also included roles with Staples Promotional Products as an account executive, The CooperGroup, a direct response agency working as a project management consultant, and LPL Financial, managing branch marketing and operations.
Meg is married, lives in Princeton Jct., NJ with her husband and between them they have six children. In her free time, she enjoys boating, cooking and old movies. She supports the community in a variety of ways, having served as Chair for One Table Café, volunteered for Embrace Kids of New Brunswick and currently works with Housing Initiatives of Princeton (HIP) serving as Co-Chair of “HIP Cooks”.
